You are a genius in explaining those stuff. I was watching a videa where you explained cost of debt and cost of capital. Any lay person can understand.
However, how woud u know that rate of return expected by the shareholders/investors .. It is not obvious by looking at an annual report of a company. I need to calculate EVA/MVA and WACC but it is not easy by looking at an annual company report.
Can u please shed some light.
