    I am looking for some help in developing a term sheet for an investment. I want to purchase the risk and return but do not want to use pay pal. I have been very impressed with your info on NPV calculations-great job! Where can I get some ideas about how to develop a term sheet to orchestrate participants in my $25M investment.

      Hi Judith, unfortunately Paypal and/or credit card is the only way. In the past I accepted Western Union for some special cases but it came out very expensive and lots of leg work (travelling to Western Union etc.). Anyway, I genuinely wish you the best with your term sheet.
